Background Check

A background check is required if you would like to volunteer to work with any of the children’s ministries at The Chapel. This would include, but is not limited to, babysitting during the service and VBS. Exceptions include:

  • You are under 18 years old.

  • You had a background check done because you work for the school system, 4H, or some other organization. Please send proof via one of the methods below.
