After graduating from seminary, Pastor Tim and his wife, Ruth, relocated to New Jersey to establish a local church.  Over 25 years later, they are very thankful for what God has done in The Chapel.  They are very excited about the potential for a new facility that will enable The Chapel to expand its ministries even further.  They have three daughters and 3 grand-daughters who are the joy of their lives.

Doug Finkbeiner has been married to Sheri for almost 30 great years.  God has blessed them with six wonderful children: Paul, Rachel, Matthew, Joshua, Sarah, and Mary.  Doug has completed two masters degrees and two doctorates over the years.  He has taught for 17 years in the seminary setting and is currently a fulltime teacher in Bible at Lancaster Bible College. He has also been in fulltime pastoral ministry for 13 years.  Doug currently is involved in the preaching and training ministry at The Chapel.  He praises God for the privilege of ministering at The Chapel with God's people.

James Long has been married to Amy for almost 30 years. They have been blessed with three children, Abby, Hannah, and Isaiah.  He has a Doctorate in Theology with an emphasis in Biblical Counseling. He completed a Master's degree from New York University and several Bachelor's degrees from Northeastern Bible College. James is a co-founder of a biblical counseling ministry, in northern NJ. He is a Board Certified Professional Counselor and Certified Biblical Counselor. He has taught in several Christian colleges and universities for over 25 years. James conducts seminars and workshops on various topics.
